Any property being marketed for sale or let in the UK requires an EPC report by law. Moreover, rental properties must now meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES), currently at an E rating.

Our prices start at £70 (NO VAT) for properties up to 4 bedrooms, with custom quotes for larger properties.
To further enhance the marketability of your property add a marketing floor plan to your order from £20, showcasing the layout and helping potential buyers or tenants visualise the space.
